Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago App

Tasked with modernising internal communications for the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago (CBTT), Simply Intense Media Caribbean Ltd conceptualised and developed "CB Connect," an innovative mobile application designed to centralise and streamline updates and interactions among the bank's 500 employees.

CBTT faced challenges with outdated communication methods, including excessive email blasts and ineffective physical notice boards. The need for a dynamic, digital solution was evident to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

CB Connect was designed as a digital bulletin board, allowing employees to access real-time updates on company news, events, and activities from anywhere, at any time. This platform not only minimized the need for repetitive email communication but also fostered a more connected and interactive community within the bank.

Key Features

Search and Creation of Groups: Employees can easily find and join groups of interest or create new ones, promoting collaboration and community building.
Secure Login: Ensures that only CBTT employees can access the app, maintaining privacy and security of internal communications.
App Tabs for Each Notice Type: Organises information neatly and makes it readily accessible, enhancing the user experience and ensuring relevant updates are never missed.

Execution

The development process involved close collaboration with CBTT management to ensure the app was tailored to meet the specific needs of their workforce. Rigorous testing phases were implemented to guarantee functionality and user-friendliness across various mobile devices.
