End to end ownership of projects, starting from its inception to final client release.
All deliveries should be on-time, within scope and of utmost quality. Staying on schedule is crucial.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop a detailed project plan and proactively manage project timelines, resources and report project progress against deliverables.
Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow up, written reports and presentations.
Utilize best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Facilitate the creation of the appropriate project documentation to support effective planning, delivery, integration and support.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost.
Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions while providing leadership, support and ongoing guidance to members of the project team.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP)/ PSM/ CSM Certification is a plus.
Proven experience in high pressure environments in the fields of software development and project management.
Leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, people, and leadership skills.
An out-of-the-box thinker with strong “problem solving” ability.
High attention to detail.
