When Intelcia, a prominent BPO firm with a global presence spanning 17 countries, approached our team, their objective was to successfully enter the Caribbean market, starting with Jamaica. The event garnered impressive results, achieving significant media exposure with coverage in all major outlets, including the three principal daily newspapers, and reporting an average 5x ROI. Prominent attendees included the Minister of Industry, Investment, and Commerce, high-level JAMPro officials, and other key stakeholders, emphasising the event's importance. Internally, the event sparked robust employee engagement through a launch and town hall for 400 staff members. Additionally, a highly successful digital recruitment campaign attracted 2,000 applications over eight weeks. The event's reach was further amplified by syndication on morning shows and radio interviews nationwide.
